All accounts are limited to 6 *devices that can login to the account. Every time an unrecognized device is used to login to your account you will receive an email notification for security purposes. Devices can be manually removed from the account via the Manage Authorized devices section of your account dashboard (here). Devices will be automatically removed from your account if they have not been used to login to your account in one months time.

The website should work on most devices and has been verified to work on the desktop and mobile versions of the following web browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla FireFox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari
  • Opera

* A device is defined as a web browser on a computer, phone, tablet, etc. Each web browser used will be counted as a different device.

To cancel your subscription follow these steps:

  1. Go to your dashboard (here)
  2. Click on the subscription you would like to cancel

  3. Click on Cancel Subscription

There are 2 ways to change your password. The first way should be used if you forgot your password and need to reset it. The second way should be used if you know your current password but want to change it.

If you forgot your password follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Log in page (here)
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"

  3. Enter your email address and click "Submit"

  4. You should receive a recovery email with a link to recover your password. Click on the link

  5. Enter your email (for verification), a new password, then retype the password and click "Reset"

  6. You should now be able to login with your new password

If you know your current password and can login but you just want to change your password follow these steps

  1. Go to your profile info page (here)
  2. Click Change Password

  3. Enter your current password and a new password, then confirm the new password and click Save Password

  4. Your password is now changed. The next time you login make sure to use the password you just set
